Our Shamanic Stone Massage offers you the physiological benefits of alternating heat with cold on your body, whilst at the same time, taking you into a vibrational space of healing for your whole being. Every massage is different, depending on the needs of each individual client. 
In this massage, our therapist will use a combination of techniques, depending on your needs. She will also give you feedback and suggestions for your ongoing health and therapeutic needs.

Looking Inward Retreat
On this retreat, we support you with the tools you need to begin to explore your own
personal inner landscape.
* Introductory Consultation - During this session of approximately 45 minutes, we will establish the more particular goals of your retreat. You will receive your meditation CD, your journal, and some tips to make the most of your time with us. And if you are comfortable to do so, we will do a psychic reading with you to see what the possibilities of your retreat really are. Finally, we will do a 'relax down' practice together, to ground you and help you connect with the earth here, and establish the 'space' for your retreat.
* Morning Moving Meditation - Each morning, you can participate in our moving meditation practice called 'Origin Dynamics'. The movements are very gentle and simple and don't require a particular level of fitness or flexibility. Origin Dynamics is a wonderful tool for you to develop your sensitivity to the flow of energy all around us.
* Dreaming Download - The retreat staff will be available to you in an informal way for you to discuss any particular experiences you may have while here. This may include dreams, which are often particularly colourful during this kind of retreat experience.

Skye Stillness retreat
This retreat package is particularly designed for those who wish to 'get away from it all' and make the most of the island's special qualities.
* Introductory Consultation - During this session of approximately an hour, we will establish your particular goals for your retreat.
* Morning Meditation - With one of the retreat staff
* Skye Visualization and Relaxation - During this hour's session, you will be taken through a powerful guided visualization and relaxation by one of the retreat staff. This session will also equip you with skills to take away, so that you can continue this powerful practice when you return home.
